Privacy Policy

Who we are

Mindflow Inc operates the website getmindflow.io and a Meta developer app (our “App”) that we use to manage Facebook Pages and related accounts through Meta’s APIs.

Information we process

Through the App, we access only Pages, and where applicable Instagram professional accounts and advertising accounts, that are owned or managed by Mindflow Inc. Depending on the permissions granted to the App, we process:

• Page information: the list of Pages we manage and their basic details, such as Page names and IDs.
• Content we publish: the posts, captions, images, videos, and links we publish or schedule on our Pages, with their post IDs, timing, and status.
• Comments and interactions: comments, replies, reactions, and other content that people post on our Pages or in response to our posts, including the public name and ID that Meta provides for the person who posted it.
• Performance data: insights for our Pages and posts, such as reach, impressions, engagement, and, where available, monetization metrics. These metrics are aggregated and do not identify individual people.
• Advertising data (where applicable): performance data for advertising accounts that we own.

Website visitors. When you visit getmindflow.io, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to operate and secure the site. We use only strictly necessary cookies, for example to keep signed-in users logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

How we use information

• To publish and schedule content on our own Pages.
• To read, moderate, and respond to comments on our Pages, for example by replying or by hiding spam and abusive content.
• To measure and improve the performance of our content and Pages.
• To keep the App, our accounts, and our website secure, and to comply with applicable law and Meta’s Platform Terms.
• To respond to your messages and requests, including data deletion requests.

We use data received from Meta only for these purposes and only as described in this policy.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, license, or purchase data obtained from Meta’s platform.
• We do not use it to build profiles of individuals or to target advertising at individuals.
• We do not use it to make decisions about anyone’s eligibility for housing, employment, insurance, credit, or similar opportunities.

How we share information

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as cloud hosting, database, email, and software services (including AI tools) that help us manage and analyze our content. They process information only on our behalf and under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mindflow or others.

We do not otherwise share data received from Meta with third parties.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above. We delete data received from Meta when it is no longer needed for those purposes, when you ask us to delete it, when Meta requires it, or when the law requires it. Aggregated performance data that does not identify anyone may be kept as part of our business records. Website logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its standard retention settings.

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access tokens that are kept on our own servers, and access limited to authorized team members. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@getmindflow.io. Anyone can make a deletion request; see the Data Deletion Instructions below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as applicable law requires. You can also delete your own comments on our Pages directly on Facebook or Instagram at any time.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International processing

Mindflow and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will make significant changes clear on this page.

Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of getmindflow.io and the content and services that Mindflow Inc makes available (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Services

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with or disrupt them, try to access them without authorization, or use them to infringe anyone’s rights. If you are given an account for any part of the Services, keep your login details secure and do not share them.

Our content

The content we publish, including text, images, and videos, is owned by Mindflow Inc or its licensors. You may view and share it through the features of the platforms where it appears, but you may not copy, modify, or republish it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Third-party platforms

Our content appears on third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Services and our content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our content is for general information and entertainment and is not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindflow Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the Services, or update these Terms, at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms. If you keep using the Services after we update these Terms, you accept the updated Terms.

Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you, including data we received through Meta’s platform, such as your comments on our Pages. Anyone can make a request.

1. Email hello@getmindflow.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Include your name as it appears on Facebook or Instagram and a link to the comment or interaction your request is about. If you don’t have a link, describe the data you want deleted so we can find it.
3. We will confirm that we received your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. When we finish, we will reply to tell you what we deleted. If the law requires us to keep any data, we will tell you what we kept and why.

Deleting a comment on Facebook or Instagram removes it from our Page. To also remove any copy we hold, send us a request as described above.
